Mariam Adeyemo is a business operator, transformation leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of corporate and leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, operations, HR and program leadership, governance, technology enablement and entrepreneurship.
Her career has centered on complex programs at the intersection of people, operations, technology and governance. She has helped leaders create clearer structures, stronger controls and better visibility into how work gets done across Fortune 500 organizations, global consulting firms and high-growth companies.
She is also an owner who has built a licensed home care company from the ground up — working through compliance, payroll, workforce operations, technology, referral development and the everyday realities of running a growing business. That perspective keeps the work grounded: owners do not need another deck of recommendations; they need solutions that work in the real world.
Through StillCare Business Solutions, Mariam brings enterprise discipline and practical owner/operator experience together. She helps growing businesses move from fragmented tools, manual work and owner-held knowledge to connected operating models with better visibility, decision support and room to grow.
